description This scenic gem on the shore of Lake Michigan offers a peaceful getaway with wooded campsites and 2.5 miles of sandy beaches. It is 988 acres in size with various nature and hiking trails. Laundry, RV dump station, vending machines and firewood available seasonally. Picnic area offers a playground, volleyball court, baseball diamond, and grills. Sanderling Nature Center open May-Oct with programming available.
drivingDirection Kohler-Andrae State Park is located 3 miles east of I-43, on the shores of Lake Michigan, just south of the city of Sheboygan. The park is approximately 1 hour from Milwaukee, and 3 hours from Chicago. Use I-43 Exit 120. Travel east on County Trunk V into the park.

importantInformation Mid-October through Early May - all flush toilet buildings, and showers are closed. Trailer dumping station will be open through the end of October. Reservations from 04/01 - 11/02 each year. 1st come / 1st served for camping 11/01 - 03/31 each year. Setting up your camp site is not allowed between 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. All campers must stop at the park office to register. All vehicles and wheeled units must be parked on the paved driveway. Sites are limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicle admission stickers are required in addition to camping fees. PETS must be on a leash, no longer than 8 feet and under your control at all times. Pets are restricted to certain areas. No generator use allowed in the park. No pets or smoking allowed in Tepee! The double sites at Kohler-Andrae are 52 and 54, 59 and 61,100 and 102. These sites share the parking pad with the adjoining site. Motorized vehicles and wheeled camping units must remain on the paved parking area.
